One-on-One Tutoring & Group Classes

One-on-One Tutoring (Personalized Instruction):
- Audience: Ideal for students needing customized pacing, including those with disabilities or those requiring intensive foundational help.
- Duration & Pacing: Sessions are typically 1 hour long, with pacing dictated by the student's needs.
- Late Exemption: Late arrivals do not receive extra time; however, teachers may grant a special exemption to extend the time if no other students are scheduled immediately afterward.

Online School (Group Small Classes):
- Structure: Strict capacity limits are maintained to preserve personalized attention. Once quotas are met, additional applicants are refused.
- Primary Focus: Frequently utilized for Core Academics and targeted Examination Mastery.
- Classroom Dynamics: Requires respectful interaction with teachers and peers in a structured setting.

Specialized Development:
- Literacy & Reading: The academy heavily specializes in pairing students with expert literacy specialists and reading coaches to build foundational reading, writing, and blending skills.

Core Academics: Comprehensive instruction covering Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.

Operating Hours: Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Securing a Spot: Placements on the official roster and timetable are strictly secured only upon payment.
Payment Cycles: For weekly plans, payments must be submitted by Friday at 1:00 PM to secure the child's schedule for the upcoming week.
Financial Commitment: Registration and tuition fees operate under a strict "No Refund Policy," as payments lock in a student's placement on the limited roster.

The Virtual Classroom: Classes are managed via platforms like Google Classroom. Students must keep cameras on (unless otherwise instructed) in a distraction-free environment with minimized background noise (no toys or music).
Punctuality: If a student is more than 30 minutes late, the teacher has the discretion to cancel the session entirely.
Absences & Missed Classes: Absences must be reported within 24 hours via email or direct message. There is a strict "no re-teaching" policy; instead, missed materials and recordings are uploaded to the student's Google Classroom.
Parental Responsibilities: Parents must provide a functioning device and stable internet. They are expected to monitor attendance, enforce assignment deadlines, and promote academic honesty.
Progress Tracking: The academy provides parents and guardians with formal academic progress updates every 6 weeks.
