Born in the vibrant parish of Saint Catherine, Jamaica, Nneika Allen-Harris is a devoted educator and leader. She is pursuing her BSc in Social Work at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) and is dedicated to empowering lives. 

Nneika's strong family values and Christian upbringing instilled a deep love for children and a desire to impact her community positively.

Her commitment to education and service led her to pursue higher education, where she earned qualifications in teaching, literacy, and social work. She has also been certified in leadership and management, human resources, and project management.
